  • The HR500D is a self-contained unit with integral extract and supply fans to provide balanced ventilation and heat recovery via supply diffusers and extraction grilles.


Product Description

  • The compact heat recovery cube interleaves outgoing warm air with incoming fresh air and allows the heat from one to warm the other without the two streams mixing
  • Filter: Should be a washable reticulated foam type coarse filter
  • Installation HR500D is designed for installation in external walls and should be fitted to provide a 3° slope to outside to provide condensate drainage
  • Energy is saved on room heating with no power being used by the cube itself
  • Spigots are provided for 315, 250 and 200mm Ø ducting accessories to internal extract and supply grilles
  • It shall operate up to an ambient temperature of 40°C and be fitted with a manual reset thermal overload protective device.The supply motor shall be configured to be reversible thus providing an extract only option
  • Ideal for offices, computer rooms, pubs and clubs, etc
  • Performance of HR500D: Supply and extract up to 174 l/s FID capacity on heat recovery mode
  • The unit is fully speed controllable

  • Fan: The 2-N° polymeric fan impellers should be of a mixed flow type, dynamically balanced mounted on a fixed stator housing
  • Construction: The unit outer case should be a rigid HIPs moulding configured so as to make the unit telescopic
  • Sound Levels: Report upon request Mains electrical supply: 230VAC 50Hz
  • Heat exchanger: Should be of a multi plate cross-flow type constructed out of a polymeric plastic with ultra sonic welded joints
  • Motor: Should be a 240V 50Hz A/C with sleeve bearings, greased for life
  • Ducting spigots: The unit should provide 315, 250 and 200mm Ø spigots for both duct connections.The unit cannot be handed
  • The internal/external grille should be a cream coloured ABS moulding
